【Intended Use】
The Neisseria Gonorrhoeae Antigen Rapid Test is an immunochromatographic assay for the qualitative detection of Neisseria gonorrhoeae in female cervical swab, male urethral swab and urine specimens to aid in the diagnosis of Gonorrhea infection.
【Test Procedure】
1. Allow the test device, test sample and buffer to equilibrate to room temperature prior to testing. Remove the detection card from the pouch just prior to the testing and place it on a clean and level surface and mark the detection card with specimens’ number.
2. Reverse the extraction tube, and add 20 μL (about 1 drops) of test sample (or 20μL urine) by squeezing the extraction tube into the sample well of the card. Then immediately add 60µL of sample dilution buffer (approximately 2 drops).
3. Wait for the colored band(s) to appear. The result should be read in 15 minutes.
